After retiring from a productive NHL playing career, John Druce wondered what his next challenge would be. He turned to broadcasting with Rogers Sportsnet and then overcame a family tragedy before finding his place behind the bench in the Ontario Junior Hockey League. He has helped guide young players on their own quest for a career in hockey.
